Its been a while that i was away from the forums, now introducing a proposal for an item that still need some work to be done on it.. nothing is Final yet.. Still need some help in it.

I know that Lots of People have tried before to make a good item with the same name.. but i hope you like the idea behind this.

Level 3 - +10%
Total +22.5%

Movement Speed by
Level 1 - +3%
Level 2 - +6%
Level 3 - +9%
Total - +18.0%

Attack Speed by
Level 1 - +4%
Level 2 - +6%
Level 3 - +8%
Total - +18.0%

Please Let me Know What about the Concept ! is it good or not !

- Changes Bounces from +5%,+7.5%,+10% for the IAS & MS to what is in there in the Original Post

+10% AS is nothing but.. +10% ms... +10% dmg.. is a lot..

As it is, it's not really worth to upgrade the item...

Level 1: 450 gold for 5% bonus
Level 2: 450 gold for 2,5% bonus
Level 3: 450 gold for 2,5% bonus

It's just like Dagon, it's not worth the money...
IF you want it to be worth to upgrade, numbers should go like, at least, 3/6/9.
Or even kick in something like 3/7/12, so each upgrade is BETTER then the last one.

Guys sorry for mis-explaining I meant it adds 5% on level 1 and extra 7% on level 2 so the total is 12% and on level 3 you get extra 10% so in total you get 22% that what I meant guys

Kinda OP but I like the idea... I wish there was an item that provides good AS and DMG..
Also I dont think the +MS is necessary...

Perhaps give different bonuses for bonus? 5+5+10(20)% for damage, 4+4+4(12)% for MS and 5+7.5+10(22)% for attack speed? More balanced scaling.

It's too good then, especially the MS buff. Change the values for different stats.

Damage: 5/7.5/10 | 22.5%
AS: 10/12.5/15 | Total = 37.5%
MS: 2.5/5/7.5 | Total = 15%

You get the idea.

Lv 3 VS's aura
Lv 5 Razor's aura
Lv 3,75 BM's aura
This should cost >3000g..

Much better The different numbers for each bonus makes it a lot easier to balance because they can each be edited separately. I also think the new numbers are good
