well..have you got some hero suggestions fitting for your demonic staff? the only one i suppose would be lesh and i think "disable > dmg" for an int hero..when you already have a mystic staff i would always prefer shiva/hex to your staff. maybe change the recipe a bit? maybe ulti orb instead of mystic staff and no recipe cost and turn that thing into a midgame item? i see that alot on lesh or akasha then

are the 2 secs cd a typo? or do you expect someone to deal like (ur example rhasta..activate it..cast shackle..then voodoo..like 8 secs disabled while getting 140 magic dmg a second...maybe he will break out then...another 280 dmg..) 1k damage while being disabled (rhastas ulti and surrounding heroes and units which are not counted in yet will also do dmg..) isnt that quite imba? nerf the numbers and the cd i guess..

The concept is cool and I like this item but it seems to powerful. The damage to the linked hero is too much, especially since it has a reduce magic resistance aura.

i would think something around 15% is good. 20% would be too high, because there is no other item then hood to increase your magic immunity (well okay..pudge,magina..) the linked hero had no chance against any other casting hero (imagine zeus then..he would deal like 700 damage with agha..the perfect lasthit).
To the itemcost...maybe increase recipe to 1,5k gold? cd...no idea yet..will post later..^^ |

i would say nerf the cd to..20 or 30 secs i guess. Otherwise you can target 1 hero the whole time in a clash..2-5 secs would be okay when you could target more than one
![]() maybe nerf dmg to 120 a sec and when the linked hero breaks out of the demonic circle he will get a ministun? (would be useful against pugna or eni ![]() all in all i think its pretty cool. It just has to compete against agha and guinsoo i guess

That post was before it was nerfed, now its nerfed and its not imba anymore. Did you read Version 2 changelog?
