I know its bcoming crazy Suggesting lots of Aghanims Scepter around the forum... well im suggesting this for Lich Today ... it ICE Spirits..

With Frost Balls

Right Click -> Open Image in New Tab.

It's a great animation (and kudos for making it a gif) but it's too flashy and distracting imo. T-Null from me.

Looks really good, but as said a bit flashy for a Scepter effect. Most others are simple attachments to weapons.
Null, I like my idea more

I download the file and import to 1 test map. Still can't see your screenshot but I think it would like this:

Even the effect is nice, but with to frost ball in his hands, it just make more eye-sore.

Frost on hands are realy big, will be nice to change it for something smaller (Skadi's missile ftw).

T-null for me. Although I really like your effect, but with those huge frost balls, it kinda "hurts my brain", straining my eyes at those flashy effects. It maybe IS somehow personal, but I suppose too much is never good.
