Just for information, I removed the mana regen gained when you kills an enemy but increased initial mana regen to 200% (due to Void Stone).

Heroes who tend to buy Urn and support don't really end up buying 5050 gold items. Still doesn't fix the issue that Linken's and Bloodstone occupy similar niches (Int-carries for raw survivability, mana and regen), and Linken's is simply better in most situations. Need to either buff Bloodstone to be equally viable, or change Bloodstone's niche. You've attempted to do the second but it doesn't actually fit any niche at all; int carries would still go Linken's and supports wouldn't be able to afford it - nobody would really buy it except for really really rich supports. What usually attracts me to buy BS instead of Linken's is the +raw mana regen. Maybe add a +xx mana regen (which doesn't increase with charges), and nerf the % regen a bit?
Like maybe 120% mana regen + 5 mana per second. (maybe too low?) Of course, I'll still T-Up this; just don't want to see one of the only few +raw mana regen items disappear (RoB and Vlad being the other 2).

While I like the idea of both collecting charges from the dead, I'm against this remake. I personally think Bloodstone is very well suited to the heroes that use it, as most of them need heavy mana regen but shouldn't be stealing kills. The changes to the "supportive" charging method and the +mana only from each charge is exactly what it needed to fill it's role perfectly. It just so happens that it's slightly underpowered.

It seems a bit too drastic, might as well make it a new item.
I agree on bloodstone needing some buff/remake but it should preserve the "mobile fountain" there.

Mistake in bonuses: string in the bot must be changed from "+6 STR" to "+1 MP/sec per charge".
