T-up for it. It still need Lucent Beam lvl 3-4 to use ulti at 6-7 lvl more effective, but it is not so useless if luna goes for other skills.

Eclipse with level 1 Lucent Beam is just too pathetic. Thank you for your help anyway.

T-down, you're always trying to screw up aspects of gameplay. If we let this kind of stuff happen, DotA would be way too easy.

Current forces you to upgrade Lucent Beam or suffer having no ultimate..
*** Like your suggestion, but would preferably have them sepperate, and just make it that Eclipse gains X bonus damage/effects for each level of LBeam. So it still encourages you to go Lucent Beam early game, but places no restrictions on your choices.

So if I did this right:
-Eclipse is cast normally if [(level of lucent beam+1)>=(level of eclipse)] Otherwise -eclipse is cast with [lucent beam (level of eclipse+1)]. Yeah,early game it will be much more useful. T-up. |

It already does that because you can benefit from an additional spell/damage. It only depends on your choice of leveling Lucent Beam. I think it's a good suggestion as it is.
