I do like the swing idea though. It fits the name blade. But, if this is ever to be implemented, it needs to have something like half of the original damage. |

Make it damage target and then go for a swing: 1st go left for half degree and then right for full. Rescale regree to 50 at all lvls.
Idea is good.

Excuse me but that would be just like QoP's ulti with more damage? I don't think this is a good idea. It IS interesting but not good :/

Two things:
-Damage is 0.4 of original damage -Give scepter: adds 0.5 lina's intelligence as dmg. That will give her late-game presence.

t-up and refi's idea isn't that bad except i'd prefer the damage to be 0.7 of original Laguna Blade's damage, but this is just my opinion

Although, I suggest making the damage and cooldown lesser since 400 at level one in an AoE is much better than lion's finger. Maybe change to 350/600/850 Another thing is that it should be 90 degrees for all levels, the degree doesnt really matter when it differs by 10 degrees..makes the spell weird. Also T-up to the aga idea by rifi. And your description should be cooler too. Oh, 1 second for a swing is very fast! Maybe 2 seconds? State that during this time she cant move. Also you might want to add that a unit can be injured once by the bolt. You know, rare instances where a guy blinks after getting hit to a point and gets struck again. Overall, LOVE the idea. Great thinking!
