Notes

When <hero>'s HP falls to 1% of his max HP, he gains back a portion of his max HP. If duration ends and <hero>'s HP is below the gained HP, <hero> dies. However, if <hero>'s HP is above gained HP, <hero> lives with current HP.
Can't use Boots of Travel and Scroll of Town Portal while in this state.

Pretty awesome idea. Codeable, but the hero will seem to be at 1 HP I guess. Pseudo Shallow Grave with limits.

With the skill of blood regeneration , this hero might can have more than 1 hp after the uti ^^!

Add icon see whether suitable or not...^^

Level 1 - When the hero lose his hp until 0 , then it can be count in negative hp which can only reach until 20% of the hero hp in 10 sec (if the hero take more than 20% , or caring the negative hp more than 10 sec that hero straight die ). But if the hero can replace the hp until positive value in 10 sec , it burst the damaged taken to 500 AoE.

Level 1 - This ability active when enemy unit keep attack or cast spell to user, when hero lose his hp up to 90%, the hero gains 0.5% hp regenerate and also increase hero 30 ms . For each enemy hero die in a 650 AoE when this ability is active , the user will gains 0.25 % hp regenerate more for each enemy hero die .

Level 2 -This ability active when enemy unit keep attack or cast spell to user, when hero lose his hp up to 80%, the hero gains 0.75% hp regenerate and also increase hero 30 ms . For each enemy hero die in a 650 AoE when this ability is active , the user will gains 0.25 % hp regenerate more for each enemy hero die .

Level 3 -This ability active when enemy unit keep attack or cast spell to user, when hero lose his hp up to 75%, the hero gains 1% hp regenerate and also increase hero 30 ms . For each enemy hero die in a 650 AoE when this ability is active , the user will gains 0.25 % hp regenerate more for each enemy hero die .

Level 4 -This ability active when enemy unit keep attack or cast spell to user when hero lose his hp up to 70%, the hero gains 1.5% hp regenerate and also increase hero 30 ms . For each enemy hero die in a 650 AoE when this ability is active , the user will gains 0.25 % hp regenerate more for each enemy hero die .

don't you think that 10/14/18 sec duration is too long? maybe rescale that into 8/10/12 sec...seems a lot more balance to me...

The skill concept is awesome. But basically the problem is codeability and balance.
This hero got bonus 18 secs to run/TP into fountain or use salves. Kinda imba.

I'm not a mech-fag or anything but... If hero reaches death, he suddenly gets max HP based on 40% of max HP of hero... If hero is damaged and didn't regen to full HP, the hero dies in the duration...

I changed.....the hero in negative hp cant use TP or BOT ...but healing salves still can...

@ D'era: It can't work like that.
Imo it should be that hero gets back 40% of his HP and as long as his HP is >40% he survives. But that will ruin the fun of seeing a hero with 0 HP walking around...
