Actually, the current name is not OK.

Flak cannons are supposed to be used against flying enemies. How many units that can actually fly are there in DotA?
Take a look at this: Warcraft III - Humans -> Units -> Flying Machine
And this:

He's spraying bullets, not shooting flak cannons.

We all know what the ability does: it allows Aurel Vlaicu to shoot many enemies at the same time.
Therefore, I believe that he should just shoot 'em up.

Mahhh, I don't like it. Doesn't have the Warcraftish feel to the name as Flak Cannon does.

Flak Cannon does need a change though.

I take it as an opinion since I don't feel anything "Warcraftish" about the current name.
"Flak Cannon" is "Flak Cannon", nothing else. And actually, it is pretty "un-Warcraftish" because the word was born as an abbreviation of Fliegerabwehrkanone (German), literally: aircraft defence gun.

so you are saying blizzard does not know how to name its own spells?

Tdown. Flack cannon just sounds better, it fits better than shoot em up.

I used the wrong choice of words. I like the word "flows". Yeah, I think names should flow pretty well. Your names are a bit too realistic (not saying it's a bad thing).

Can't use multi-shot... has that feeling that it's continuous...

I kind of like Shoot Em Up, actually. It does give the skill's sense of going in, guns a-blazin' at everything in sight.

I didn't even notice the film reference until people pointed it out tbh.
