Default [TWEAK] Detonate




This is a very simple tweak. Currently, detonate detonates all remote mines. This button can easily be misclicked, and a Techies will usually have more than one "cluster" of remote mines.

I propose that this detonates only the nearest remote mine, like Lanaya's traps, so that he can R+shift+D in team fights. I've never purposely 'detonated' all of Techies' mines, and believe that this would be much more practical.

edit:
Detonate 2.0
-locates closest remote mine
-detonates all remote mines in a 300 aoe of that mine

just make it double click.
first click place buff on techies, second will check for him, and if it there, use detonate itself

Not to sure on this one, sometimes you would need to detonate some mines for the ease of convenience, or if you are in trouble. Though I do hate it when I accidentally detonate all my mines.

Yeap. one for nearest and one for all. i think this would be quite nice, unless techies has 2 clusters of mines o.o but anyway its an improvement

An area targeting spell that detonates all mines in AOE is better, this isn't like Psionic trap that you have to wait for the next trap to take effect.
Detonate has a slight delay, your enemies can easily get off if you spam D.

Tip, group your mines.

i just wrote, how it can be done.

1) Unit use 'Detonate'
2) If unit have buff 'Detonate' then BLOW ALL MINES
3) Else add buff 'Detonate'

Buff lasts for 2 sec.

Cautionary T-up.

Techies is getting buffed immensely, both directly and indirectly. If IceFrog keeps this buffing up, soon we'll have another Ursa QQ month on our hands, and I personally don't want Techies to go back in the shit tier.

.I used to select and clicked D them instead of using the Detonate skill from Techies because it would lose the other mines I placed to the another lane.

Detonate used to have no cd, it was changed due to some issues, this won't be used.

Please don't tdown for being yet another buff for techies. It's more like a bug fix to me than a flat out buff (like exp gain).

With detonate as it is, I'd rather not have it at all. It only serves to kaboom all of my mines accidentally.

It's Dracolich nonsense. He rarely has any real idea what he's talking about.

On topic, I think it's a must tbh. I rarely lay more than one remote at a time because I like wiping out creep pushes with them, with whih R-->D is much more convienent than selecting the mine and blowing it up manually. Unfortunately, that leaves no way for me to leave remotes clustered around the map.
