True gets permanent True Sight. When True dies at place of his death drops Gem. This Gem reveal SOME AoE and every enemy which dies in this AoE gives True permanent one point of each attribute. This gem dissappear at moment revive True.
 This same proceder is when any hero (ally or enemy) buy Gem of the True Sight and die in 1200 units from True. But gem dissappear at moment of previous holder revive.
 Gem which revealed area is unpickable.

I like it but normally Crystals are not green anyway T-up...
Ulti is very useful this will be perfect Anti-invis that DotA doesn't have but change it to 1 agi int and str drain as str is needed too...
Skill 1 and 3 should have some hp cost...
Skill 2 is way too overpowered or just I don't understand it correctly...reduces Sight range by 60 without cooldown and after 3 seconds the target will be blinded for 3 seconds?! you make one attack and over he is dead he can't see anything for 3 seconds also the sight reduction as I understand it stacks so it can be reduced to 0 as duration refreshes too and attack speed can be increased very much and so can be done with mana...

Ok I see holes in my suggestion. Thanks. I will add some hp cost and you have right str needed too.

Hurmm that sight reduction is pretty owning IMO...try to rescale that a bit. ulti is so unique, and probably, gem of truesight is not needed anymoar...XD explain this to me...quite dont understand that:

When True dies Gem drops at place his death.
If enemy will get that gem and after this some ally or True will kill holder of gem True gets permanent +1 to all attributes. +200heal
If enemy buy gem and True... etc True will get +1 to all atributes. +200heal

So True can not just take but absorb these gems to gain permanent 1 to all stats but this lacks that True can actually buy gems and put it down someone just picks it trap he kills and he gets the half gold + permanent stats without inventory use...
The Crystal Blades now don't have blind effect okay but well does it actually do something? Well it doesn't have any cooldown and 60 sight/attack with 50 mana cost.Mana can be gained through many methods so it is not quite an problem but 60 sight range for enemy well after 10 attacks that is: 500 mana cost and 600 sight reduction it is devastating at night but useless if enemy has great teamplay I think it nearly okay maybe increase duration to 5 seconds as 3 seconds is not that great time in which he can be induced in error or ganked down...

you should mention then that the gem can be picked by any hero, then......why not making it a bit simpler:

Well that mana steal is not that much but I still say that it should have cooldown...minim 2 seconds cooldown else it would be spammed with lots of mana and attack speed...
Mana also gives the mana steal more effectiveness so they can do it easaly...

i like 1 spell. generally, i like all spells) but hero seems to be too supportive. i don't like supportive heroes -_- but skills are great, just didn't even mentioned about smth like them

Wow. Those are some really unique concepts. Even the ulti turned out to be interesting.
However, you might consider tweaking some numbers for balance.
