Extracted from my grades:
Functionality of Abilities (18.5/24): Skill 1 - 4.5/6 It would have been better if there was a diagram of the skill. However, the mechanics are well thought-out and pretty easily understandable. The Lava field adds a touch of originality on Shinjo's part, it grants some decent firepower when you have no mana of avail. Balance is laid out well with the % of your damage rather than a whole. Good, solid ability. Skill 2 - 5/6 Reminds me of many "tunnel" abilities that have been suggested, but this one is much much more simpler. The execution of this is fast and pretty clear. That's what I like about the skill the most. Definitely see a synergy here with the 1st skill. Deadly and very deceiving to begin with. It could work with many many other heroes that are flexible enough to use this skill to their own advantage. Very nice skill. Skill 3 - 5/6 As I said like in the 1st skill, it would have been best if a diagram or more in-depth chart or an image was laid out of how this "fireball" would look like. Nevertheless, the skill of moving as if a fireball is very interesting. You were think probably thinking of Ball Lightning here weren't you? I love the small damage additive to make it more realistic. Great ability. Ultimate - 4/6 Grants synergy and anti-synergy with Shinjo's skills. Synergy with the pushbacks of the 1st ability and anti-synergy with the disallowing of going out of the AoE from skill 2. Regardless, the skill is good, but definitely needs a more structure. If the skill has two lava walls on each side, the enemy can just go srtaight up or down to avoid it. A silence could have been added as well to increase its appeal and durability in ganks. But solid ability thus far. Synergy (21/24): Skill Synergy -10/12 Synergy is greatly present, however some anti-synergetic factors arise. Other Synergy - 11/12 Would do well with heroes that have dispositioning abilities that can work with his skill set. Items could help out, say Force Staff for skill 2. Gameplay (26/30): Gameplay and Depth - 8/10 Would be fun to play, and very dynamic, seeing how much fun you'd be having with the Fireball skill. Fluency and Suitability - 8/10 Great use of the challenge skill, and certainly fits the model used. Great job. Balance - 10/10 Balance has been your best friend here with the hero. It gets a perfect score from it. Others (21/22): Appeal - 9/10 Everyone wants to see the Fire model implemented in-game, and with Shinjo's skills, I could bet a skill or two from this hero would work well with the possible implementation of a possible Fire Panda model. Cosmetics - 7/7 Loved the icons and the well-written story. Originality - 5/5 No doubt about it. Total: (86.5/100) |

I sure you mean Skill #3.
But it's no way the same skill, it's very unreliable and weaker in terms of defense. You could say, it's a more offensive-oriented and passive version of Ball Lightning. And to have mentioned it... Well, the ROFL animation for the Fire Panda exists, so why should I not use it?
