It takes 1.6 seconds for the torrent to go into effect, even though the description says 2.

Kunkka's cast point (0.4s) + 1.6s = 2s.
That should be the reasoning behind this number. |

Doesn't make any sense to me.So why doesn't says in sf's ultimate that it is 1,6 casting time instead of 1?

Torrent doesn't talk about casting time, it's only the delay between the instant you click to cast the spell and the instant the torrent erupts.
Anyway the point isn't to discuss such semantics. |
