There has been many theories, and the great Stephen Hawking has been on this topic not long ago. He says Time travel to the past is not possible, but there is hope for time travel to the future. Discuss.

There would be no linearity in time, a human being able to go back in the past and change things over and over. Or millions of the same guy on different ages living exactly on the same moment. Or any other temporal paradox conceived by logic alone.

This is my theory-
In order to travel into future everything must travel slower than light. light traveling at maximum speed possible is not affected by time because the closer you come to travel at speed of light, more the time slows down. therefore at speed of light time stops entirely. Therefore if you travel faster than light you can actually travel back into time this is not possible(proved by Einstein) due to equation of E=Mc². Therefore time travel into past is not possible.

Heres a simple equation that will help you out:

Time = Space + Matter

so is it possible to travel time? Yes

but you can't reverse the clock, without using your hands

im very fascinated by the theories that proclaim time travel to be a distinct possibility

we always travel in time in the future ( due to time dialation ) everytime we move ( this is not in the sense of going to some place in time ... this happens due to time running slower for u ) ... just depends how fast we move
