[IMPLEMENTED][Clickability] Meepo Poof

Since poof is a point and click skill, when meepo trying to poof, the player is not allowed to select enemy units. When it accidentally happens (e.g. by enemy walking under your cursor), it can disrupt the entired planned action in you mind.

For example, when you have planned to do poof click tab poof click tab poof click, and suddenly it gets interrupted, not by enemy disabling you, but by something suddenly moved under your pointer, whole planned precedure and the following actions will be interrupted.

My suggestion: when meepo trying to poof, he should be able to click on enemy units as well.

Meepo is a hard and unpopular hero to used as it is, a bit less inconvenience to use is well deserved for him.

T-Up. Should also be fixed for a lot of point-and-click spells, and allow targetting on allies as well.

I dont know exactly what u meant, but:
-If u meant that u can click on enemy unit BUT will poof to the nearly Geomancer, then Ill T-Up.
-If u meant that u can click on enemy unit and will poof on him, then Ill T-Down.

^ I'm thinking he means a nearby geomancer. But I will T-Up for that too. However I usually just like to click a meepo in the unit group.

T-up because this somehow seems to occur almost every game at least once and it frustrates the hell out of me. >_<

I now have a very muscular arm from just shaking my fist at the screen because of these occasions and probably a reduced life span of just raging about it.

Fix plox. =)
