[RAIB] Cripple

CRIPPLE[ULTIMATE] - (ACTIVE)

__________

[HERO] targets a enemy unit and realeases an arrow. This arrow on hitting enemy unit will deal some damage and will affect enemy unit with a negative buff named Cripple.

	Mana	Cooldown	C. Range	AoE	Duration	Effects
1	100	60 sec	650	N/A	8	Instant damage is 125 and Cripple lasts for 8 sec.
2	135	60 sec	650	N/A	9	Instant damage is 250 and Cripple lasts for 9 sec.
3	170	60 sec	650	N/A	10	Instant damage is 375 and Cripple lasts for 10 sec.

NOTES :

CRIPPLE : Each consuective attack to affected unit from any unit deals bonus 7 dmg and reduces armor by 1. It do stack upto infinite times. Armour is reduced for 10 seconds.

Instant Damage done is Magical.

Speed of arrow is 600 and This skill is unit targetable. It cant be targeted on ground. It cant be dodged. BKB will only remove magical damage.

Err.. I don't really understand the skill but I think I understood it somehow.

IMO, it's better to have constant delay instead of saying vague word like 'moving'

And, the slow is too small I think compared to mana cost

please care to explain urself! How can it be so hazardous it is just an ulti castable on one target! And u will be biggest noob if u cast anyspell when this skill has affected u! Because it's max. Duration is 7 sec and least duration is 5 sec.

Anyhow, RAIB is Random Ability Ideas Battle.

ok, on second thought, if compared with Global Silence, it certainly pales. if you (a spell caster) are silenced, you will retreat, or find a good position. If mind crippled, you have the choice of using spells, only to see their ineffectiveness. my first impression is that it is so unfair against nukers. U can make it reduce normal dmg, too.
but does it requires a lot of codes for halve stun, slow duration? if yes, t-null

Uncodable... the only way to make this spell work would to be add an additional function to each triggered spell for the reduced effect and to create a new dummy spell for each hardcoded effect. Since there are about 400 spells... its kinda a lot of work, so while it could in theory be done the effert makes it practically uncodable.
