Default [IMPLEMENTED][REMAKE]Nether Strike


Current
Spiritbreaker - DotA Hero Details
Suggested

Nether Strike
Barathrum disappears and appears at targeted area after 1 second delay, dealing damage to units nearby and procing a greater bash on them.

Level 1. 100 bonus damage, 300 AoE, 225 Mana, 75 CD.
Level 2. 200 bonus damage, 325 AoE, 325 Mana, 75 CD.
Level 3. 300 bonus damage, 350 AoE, 425 Mana, 75 CD.

Explanation: He disappears and reappears after 1 seconds delay like old nether strike. but it has an AoE as bonus and requires timing as con.


My 1337 paint skillz.
Bara casts skill at first blue dot and he reappears at second blue dot after 1 second delay, every hero gets greater bashed to either side.

Numbers can changed.

I know you think this is imba at first sight but it is not. It is just a 1.55 sec AoE Disable an requires good timing.

maybe as aghanims

or teleports behind the primary target proccing greater bash4 on him, nearby enemies are procced with greater bash 2/3.

Good point, at 350 AoE, the caster rly needs good timing. Increase manacost IMO.

I think the values can be more balanced with an Aganim's upgrade sugg too. Edit it.

I actually posted something pretty much like this but with some tweaks on the other skills as well. So obviously I support the idea. However the problem I have with it is that it gives him an escape mech, which I don't think fits hits style at all. I guess a way to fix that would be to make it unit targeted with an aoe around that target, but that would be way less cool and you'd have not nearly as much control over the direction of the knockback.

I have considered that as well but I believe if he wants to waste 75 second cd and that much mana for escaping. He deserves it.
