I'm guessing the tournament started on 61c, before 62 was out. So to stay consistent and happy without people complaining about unfair changes (it happens), it's probably gonna stay at 61c until the end.

Ín the second game Axe was picked last, not Chen.... which also makes a hell lot more sense considering the Broodpick.
