Great remake!
This way I will still have to pay a lot of mana if I plan to go ape on someone, while avoiding all face palm situations where I spend 400 mana for stupid casts of Focus Fire! I would only change it's Aghanim's Scepter upgrade a bit. Instead of removing it's initial mana, reduce the damage reduction to 40/30/20% and/or give it True Strike ability. I would rather pay more mana for greater effect, than less mana for weaker effect. Especially when I am an intelligence hero. And remember, judge on concept and not numbers!

Nice one, this way we could ff whenever needed, without spending too much mana. Especially with aghamins.

T-up for everything except "remove the initial mana cost." That's waaaaaay too buff. Remove that bit and make the damage reduction 42.5/32.5/22.5%

Then so do current one. If Alleria attacks 20 times, current one will cost 200/300/400 mana as well as suggested with same damage and effect.

But i thinks 15mp per attack at lv3 is a bit too little for an int hero. The initial mp should scales i think, 80/100/120 |

Towers are the only ones that will be taking that 20 attacks without doing anything. I see that this opens a way for lvl 6 Focus Fire, add the 0 cooldown and its fun mode w/ Eza.

Great idea, T-up.
I often feel like I waste FF using it at an unnecessary time or on a target that gets away right away. I only feel good about using it when I use its full duration on a tower or kill it. Otherwise, I feel like I wasted 200/300/400 mana for no reason, and could've used it at a better time in the 60 second cooldown. This should help against "wasted" FFs and also those times when you cast a spell and start attacking another target. Can anyone do some mathcraft comparing the remake and the current? How many times does WR attack in 20 seconds of FF?

10 15 25 should be the mana cost, 15 mana would be to small if she had guinsoo/orchid.
