Just now the above post i settle already, but now got a new problem as below, pls help ..

Blizzard BNUpdate v2.133 compiled on Aug 14 2008

This patch upgrades Warcraft III The Frozen Throne from the previous version.

RESULT: Patch failed

hey i still cant log onto battle.net for some reason. The patch is installed but when i click on battle.net it says warcraft has stopped working and it shuts down the program. Im using vista but i dont know if thats the problem. please help.

If you already have updated it, create your own thread in this section and explain everything thats happening. As well as the details of your S.O and so on...

i cant seem to open the fixer it says i dont have the file type or something

just copy na lang ung warcraft III na 1.24b version na na galing sa ibang pc then replace it!tyXD

Did you try opening the .rar file with the program "WinRar"?

hey can you help me with this one? i have already done the steps mentioned above but it keeps on going to the same problem.

i tried uninstalling my warcraft 3 only to find out that i cannot install it again. in my warcraft folder there is no icon for "install" by the way i just got the copy of warcraft from a friend thru flashdisk.

is there a way i could install warcraft again? thanks for your reply. i hope to hear something positive.

uhm.., i tried it again the steps you had on the first page. i got a new copy of the warcraft3 (got it as a back up copy in my external hard drive).

this is the message i got after trying the steps on the first page:

what should i do?

You need a W3 CD to properly install W3. A copy+paste W3 doesn't has the registry values needed for patching.

Hi.

When I click on "Fix game" I get this error: Unable to save uninstall data file. Installation aborted.

What could be the problem?

When does that happen? When installing game or patch? or when using War3 Registry fix? Are you using Vista? Did you try re-installing your game?

oh i see. so i guess i have to buy an original cd of W3 so that i could use the patch for the new maps? is it possible to download it online?

If you have a legal CD-key, you can download W3 directly from Bnet/Blizzard.

The w3 fixer is Broken. when i unpack it then open it, it automatically closed. Why this happened, anybody have a problem like me?

I have a problem with the w3fixer.exe
When I unpack and open the w3fixer.exe it do normal, but automatically close within 1 second.
Anybody can help me?

Use the War3Register instead of war3fixer.
