It will confuse people even more, and some of them are using 7zip or winzip.

W3Fixer only make them confuse. Just copy and paste the patch file into the W3 Program File and double-click it. Done.

· Fixed an exploit rendering buildings non-interactable ("tower hack").
· Fixed an exploit allowing a player to bypass a summon ability's cooldown ("summon/cooldown hack").
· Fixed a client crash related to workers failing to build in an unintended way ("new crash hack").
· Fixed an exploit allowing the Blood Mages's Phoenix to be resurrected instantly ("phoenix hack").
· Fixed a bug allowing players to select an invalid matchmaking race resulting in all the player's units and buildings becoming sheep ("sheep hack").

I've patched version 1.24e, but I still can not get into battle net servers Indonesia, when I want to enter the battle net servers, appear the word this : " unable to validate game version. please reconnect to Battle net, or apply the current game patch manually "....what was missing?? thx

1) What's the number located on the bottom right corner of the W3 main menu?

2) If you're trying to play on Bnet, do you have a legal CD-Key?

3) You can't show us images like that. You should use forum attachments, found on the advanced options, to upload the picture directly into the forum. Another way is using on-line image hostings, like imageshack or photobucket.

under my quit it said its 1.20e How can i upgrade it to 2.24e cause i did followed the guide and i receive an error it says i need to reinstall the game But my installer is destroyed by my brother Can u help me? Pls? Thank you

What was the exact error shown? can you upload a picture of it? You used the patch, from this page, right?

@ cpu6ja, i Download the w3fixer at front page..
but the problem is i can't delete the 'diablo folder'... and when i play with 6.66b AI with patch 1.24e , i always get 'fatal error' sign at minute 20-30 in my game...
can anyone help me?? thanks

I'm just pissed that viewing replays on different 1.24 versions causes them to not move at all. Anyway, good work on keeping the guide up to date.
