[Tooltip] Phase Boots

Currently, the phase boots are the only item which don't have a description stating what the item really is, how was it made, where does it takes it power from, a funny yet stupid joke, etc

Description examples:

Eye of Skadi: Extremely rare artifact, guarded by the azure dragons of Northrend.
Stout Shield: One man’s wine barrel bottom is another man’s shield!.
Ogre Axe: You feel tougher just by holding it!
Necronomicon: Considered the holy grail of necromancy and demonology, a powerful malefic force is locked within its pages.

So I suggest this:

Other options:

Planewalkers boots, that can send the hero in a semi-ethereal form, giving him bonus speed and no collision.
Special boots made by shamans to help young Spirit walkers de-tach themselves into an ethereal form.
An old pair of boots once worn by a spirit walker, which absorved some of its ethereal powers.
You feel so empty inside when you wear them. (thxs to Lubie-Placki)
Spirit Walker's boots imbued with ethereal powers. (thxs to 0verp0wer_BR)
Mystical boots used by assassins for blending into crowds (thxs to jipan)

Note: I am aware that Spirit walkers are almost always Taurens, and they don't use boots, but it just sounded better...

(Maybe a reference to ghosts would be nice? Ghosts can walk through things, dont they?)

The ghost thing may be a good alternative from the spirit walker one. I'll try and think something about that one.

Notice that most item's back stories are quite short (see the examples I posted on the OP), so another senteces would be too long I guess.

Well, this describes another property of Phase Boots, that you cannot crit or bash when you are phasing....... that's real empty......

"Boot used by Kellen's the assasin to wading through crowd"

Or:

"Mistical boot used by many assasin (or Kellen if you want) to blending into the crowd"

Wading vs Blending: wading more matched Phase Boot than blending does, but personally I love blending more than wading, its sound cooler!!!! LOL

I know its not very original, but I think its better than gost concept, I mean we already have gost scepter for that. Hope you like it.
