I like the idea but maybe you can change it to some really really long range (5000?) instead of global?

no, global is good. but dmg increase unnecessary.

dunno.. maybe the damage increase isnt needed.. the aghanims upgrade is already better than zeus ultimate.. and faster cooldown.. aghanims will definitely be a must item if this is implemented.

Well what do you think if we show the process? like AA's Ice Blast? the more far the range is the more second will the missile call down?

AoE by 1000? nah that's crazy. Btw for the sound effect, i haven't heard of Starcraft's nuclear launch detected, well i just heard Red Alert 2's Nuclear launching
