You're idea seems nice but you need to wait for 24 seconds to get its full potential. If you did not attack on the duration its as good as useless.
The 8 friggin seconds thing make me confuse so... T-down. Windwalk backstab damage with 2.75 sec silence is far better than this.

Ok, now it reaches max damage at 15 seconds so no need to wait further once you have cd reached.
@invul : There's no need to be confused with 8 seconds thing. It's like Enchant Totem in simple way @Monsterlord : It's actually more powerful when used correctly. Srsly, if Gondar is played by player with skills, it's pretty obvious that he won't attack any unit until the cd is over.

(60+32*5) *2 = 520 dmg by 1 hit with jinada and ww on lvl 8.

I suppose if it's stronger, but can't be used as a double nuke, it would suit him a little more. It's a little buff to his mana usage as well.
I'd rather see a Track that can be cast from invisibility first though. Quote:

What the hell? so your suggesting something which can make Gondar perma-invi?
It's like your re-suggesting rikimaru's ulti but the difference is you only attack in every 15 sec. Again, backstab damage with silence or with damage amplification is far better than this. But the idea seems nice if you ask me. OMG! OMG! lulz. You can choose either imbalance or unbalance but this...

I think its a lot better than current WW.
I also helps out Gondar a lot with his burst damage T-Up definitely Might also want to change icon to fit Gondar's icon set |

Damn! please make this something clear When your windwalk duration is over there is still 8 sec for you to strike, right? What i like about it is it increases your critical IF it procs. what i hate about it is you have to wait till the full duration for a good effect. It's nice but why do they say Gondar is the most shittiest invi hero? cause he does not have a disable(unlike rikimaru), and that is what i am searching. But the suggestions seems great. T-null now.
