Basic nether swap without aghanim to high...would make her to dependable of it. Also most of the changes you suggest are miscelious...I'm not really interested in them, t-null (mb t-up for mana reduction on impetus with agha)

it's okay to have one or two or three hero having Aghanim upgrade that lower the MC and CD for their ultimates, but having all of their ultimate to be reduced MC and CD for Aghanim upgrade seems like unoriginal anymore...

T-Null on Enchantress might make her overpowered.
T-Up on Razor,Tiny and Venge. T-Down on Obsidian he would become insanely overpowered against all casters and even more insane counter to Medusa. T-Down on Abbandon his ultimate is pretty powerful already. T-Down on Dark Seer same as couple of versions ago and would make him horribly overpowered. T-Down on Warlock he would be the new best intiator and by far amount, which is not his role.

venge's ult basic cd -> 50
venge's ult with agha -> 10 sec + >target creeps at lvl 2< What do you think about this?

I think somewhere at 6.59 VS CAN swap with creeps during that time.. I was really good at using it and shocked that now only heroes can be targeted.
Regarding Warlock, it is already imba considering that there's a 1 second delay between golems, that would be way too imba because it increases the stun duration.

Your VS upgrade was what her ult used to be like, it was removed for a reason. Being able to target creeps along with a low CD is imbalanced.

It has 200 manacost at level 3 and VS has 15+1.75 intelligence. I don't think it is imbalanced, even with 10 sec cooldown.

IMO the mana cost of Impetus is to balance her? Two Impetus throws can deal up to 1200 damage max, as much as Lina's ultimate with Aghanim's Scepter, and that has cost the Enchantress like 120 mana..? Whereas it would have been 680 mana for Lina. Though you may argue this is situational, but several throws of this will not consume even 3/4 of Enchantresses' mana pool and she still can continue dealing damage if the target hasn't already died. But for Lina? One burst and she's not that lethal anymore.
Impetus' Scepter upgrade definitely needs a buff, but not mana cost wise. I think it would be better if it allowed seeing of True Sight units that the projectile is heading towards, so that they can't just Wind Walk to dodge it. And allow sight of projectile until it hits the target(This has been suggested somewhere else, just wanted to highlight it).
