Default [REMAKE] 11 Scepter Upgrades (you MUST see)


I'll suggest some changes for 10 Aghanim Upgraded Spells (buffs are in green, nerfs are in red):

Aghanim's Upgrade: increases attack range to 715 and reduces Impetus manacost to 40.
Well, this new Aghanim upgrade forces Enchantress to buy Scepter. She lacks some mana regen, because of her high manacost Nature's Attendants.

Aghanim's Upgrade: increases striking speed, reduces armor by 2 each strike and reduces manacost to 100.
The current upgrade isn't that worthy. It no longer targets structures, but it reduces armor by 2 each strike, instead of 1.

Aghanim's Upgrade: increases damage multiplier, cast range and always burn at least 40% of enemies current mana.
This case is similar to Tiny's. Harbinger has to buy some expensive intelligence items first, like Guinsoo or Orchid. Current upgrade is just meh, you know, it increases 1x damage and some cast range...

Aghanim's Upgrade: increases width AoE to 375 and damage to 100/200/300 + 35% max life.
A big problem with TC's ult is that it doesn't scale properly. I tried to make it worth leveling and added the Scepter Upgrade.

This hero has been hardly indirectly nerfed during the last patches. I think she needs this one.

Vote on the concept, please. Numbers can be tweaked.

Edited because I had forgotten to add Razor.


Changelog:
-Reduced manaburn on Sanity's Eclipse from 60% to 40%.
-Reduced basic Nether Swap cooldown from 60 to 50.
-Borrowed Time's duration upgrade back to 2 seconds.
-Added Huskar's and Krobelus's Scepter changes.
-Added Kaldr's Scepter Upgrade.
-Remade Krobelus upgrade.
-Increased Ice Blast's cooldown by 5 seconds and DoT by 8.
-Removed cd reduction on Eye of the Storm, but it costs less mana.
-Removed Warlock's changes since it is not needed in 6.71 anymore.
-Eye of the Storm no longer target structures, but reduces armor by 2 each strike now. Increased manacost to 100.
-Rescaled Tauren Chieftain's Earth Splitter and added Scepter Upgrade as well.
-Cancel is now part of basic Exorcism and remade Scepter Upgrade for Krobelus.
-Edited because Vegeful Spirit's and Dark Seer's suggestions got implemented. Removed Huskar's change because it is no longer needed in 6.72.

Basic nether swap without aghanim to high...would make her to dependable of it. Also most of the changes you suggest are miscelious...I'm not really interested in them, t-null (mb t-up for mana reduction on impetus with agha)

Do you really think of this?

Well, I don't want to make Scepter imba for any of them, but just worth.

@Prince: thanks for the t-ups. I knew people wouldn't like Warlock's idea that much.

it's okay to have one or two or three hero having Aghanim upgrade that lower the MC and CD for their ultimates, but having all of their ultimate to be reduced MC and CD for Aghanim upgrade seems like unoriginal anymore...

T-Null on Enchantress might make her overpowered.
T-Up on Razor,Tiny and Venge.
T-Down on Obsidian he would become insanely overpowered against all casters and even more insane counter to Medusa.
T-Down on Abbandon his ultimate is pretty powerful already.
T-Down on Dark Seer same as couple of versions ago and would make him horribly overpowered.
T-Down on Warlock he would be the new best intiator and by far amount, which is not his role.

Can't some numbers be tweaked? Specially when it comes to Obsidian, Abaddon and Dark Seer suggestions?

About Obsidian, 60% mana burn is too much, it should be reduce to 25%. Aghanim shouldn't be a core for carrier - it should be a situational item, like Aghanim with Barathrum.

venge's ult basic cd -> 50
venge's ult with agha -> 10 sec + >target creeps at lvl 2< What do you think about this?

I think somewhere at 6.59 VS CAN swap with creeps during that time.. I was really good at using it and shocked that now only heroes can be targeted.
Regarding Warlock, it is already imba considering that there's a 1 second delay between golems, that would be way too imba because it increases the stun duration.

I reduced cd to 50 seconds, but I'll keep the creep targeting as it is now.

Your VS upgrade was what her ult used to be like, it was removed for a reason. Being able to target creeps along with a low CD is imbalanced.

It has 200 manacost at level 3 and VS has 15+1.75 intelligence. I don't think it is imbalanced, even with 10 sec cooldown.

IMO the mana cost of Impetus is to balance her? Two Impetus throws can deal up to 1200 damage max, as much as Lina's ultimate with Aghanim's Scepter, and that has cost the Enchantress like 120 mana..? Whereas it would have been 680 mana for Lina. Though you may argue this is situational, but several throws of this will not consume even 3/4 of Enchantresses' mana pool and she still can continue dealing damage if the target hasn't already died. But for Lina? One burst and she's not that lethal anymore.

Impetus' Scepter upgrade definitely needs a buff, but not mana cost wise. I think it would be better if it allowed seeing of True Sight units that the projectile is heading towards, so that they can't just Wind Walk to dodge it. And allow sight of projectile until it hits the target(This has been suggested somewhere else, just wanted to highlight it).
