Make it able to target allies

Oh, and this can be disabled by -disablehelp

Ethereal Blade or Ethereal state doesn't do anything about heals.

I support only to allies target-able.

I'm fine with being able to target allies, but I'm not fine at all with heal.
It would be too much and kinda doesn't fit if you ask me.
T-up for targeting allies.
T-down for heal.

T-up for the allied targeting, but T-down for the healing. Would be pretty OP on some heroes.
