Summon Dragon Turtle
Scourge Story: Sage the leader of the Dragon Turtles embracing his shadow magic taught to him by the master Illidan. Matched with his manipulation of water and tough characteristics make him an unexpected force. Though his Leader Illadin died he remains with the scourge to this day and seeks vengeance on the slayers of Illidan.

Abilities
Shell knives
Sage is capable of breaking razorsharp parts out of his shell, which he fires at nearby random enemies. Theres a base of 4 shell knives and a max cap of 20, the higher his STR is, the higher is the number of shell knives. Every 0.25 seconds, a shell knife is fired, which deals the normal damage of Sage. Any enemy who stays in the AoE at the end of the skill duration gets stunned.
Level 1 - Each 11 STR the amount of knives is increased by 1. 0.5s stun
Level 2 - Each 9 STR the amount of knives is increased by 1. 1s stun
Level 3 - Each 7 STR the amount of knives is increased by 1. 1.5s stun
Level 4 - Each 5 STR the amount of knives is increased by 1. 2s stun

Duration is 1s minimal, 5s maximal

Shell Shock
Sage throws his shell at an enemy to damage and slows them. Can also be thrown at an ally to help save them.
Sage loses 5 armor and gains 25% move speed. If Shadow Shell was activated before being thrown it deals 50% more damage, and holds the enemy in place for .5 second. If thrown at an allied unit with Shadow Shell activated they gain the effects of Shadow Shell
Enemy Effects
Level 1 - The enemy takes 50 damage and is slowed 20% for 2 seconds.
Level 2 - The enemy takes 100 damage and is slowed 25% for 3 seconds.
Level 3 - The enemy takes 150 damage and is slowed 30% for 4 seconds.
Level 4 - The enemy takes 200 damage and is slowed 35% for 5 seconds.
Ally Effects
Level 1 -The ally gains 2 armor and reflects 7% damage for 3 seconds.
Level 2 - The ally gains 4 armor and reflects 14% damage for 5 seconds.
Level 3 - The ally gains 6 armor and reflects 21% damage for 7 seconds.
Level 4 - The ally gains 8 armor and reflects 28% damage for 8 seconds.

Shadow Shell
Sage channels shadow magic onto the exterior of his shell. Every time Sage is hit it heals Sage, reduces damage, and reduces the enemies armor.
Level 1 - Sage heals for 10% of the damage and reflects 7% back. Sage has a 5% chance to reduce enemies armor by 2 for 4 seconds.
Level 2 - Sage heals for 15% of the damage and reflects 14% back. Sage has a 5% chance to reduce enemies armor by 4 for 6 seconds.
Level 3 - Sage heals for 20% of the damage and reflects 21% back. Sage has a 5% chance to reduce enemies armor by for 8 seconds.
Level 4 - Sage heals for 25% of the damage and reflects 28% back. Sage has a 5% chance to reduce enemies armor by 8 for 10 seconds.
Type: Autocast
Duration is Lasts 10 seconds, or until Sage is hit.
Casting Range is Self
AoE N/A
Casting Time is Instant

- Reflects all types of damage, but only heals back for physical damage.

Sea Of Black Magic
In Outlands, Sages mysterious homeland the Sea Of Black Magic exists. It's only known to Dragon Turtles. Sage pulls a large circle wave out of the ground, the wave comes in to Sage. The remaining Shadow Water on the ground transfers enemies health to Sage.
Level 1 - Everyone in 500 AOE range is pulled towards sage by the wave. Every 100 range travelled on wave they take 50 damage. Sage steals 2% health of any enemy in 500 AOE range.
Level 2 - Everyone in 600 AOE range is pulled towards sage by the wave. Every 100 range travelled on wave they take 100 damage. Sage steals 4% health of any enemy in 500 AOE range.
Level 3 -Everyone in 700 AOE range is pulled towards sage by the wave. Every 100 range travelled on wave they take 100 damage. Sage steals 5% health of any enemy in 500 AOE range.
Type: Active
Duration is 15 ( Shadow Water ground length )
Casting Range is Self
AoE is 500/600/700
Casting Time is Instant
Cooldown: 60
Mana Cost: 200
Notes:
- It'd be a bit like Shivas gaurd in effect, but waves that pull the enemies in.

FAQ
I will answer a lot of the questions and concerns about this hero to the best of my abilities.
You are aware that STR Scourge is full?
Yes, but it's rather trivial. Not to mention it's been suggested for a while certain heroes got moved from their houses.
I don't understand the story
The story is mostly made up. While their is Dragon Turtles in Black Temple, that is about the most of it. I am up for the story being edited/changed
Is there a test map?
No. I'm not that great with the editor. However I am currently looking for someone who would be capable of making one.
