3400.52000N/A3Base damage of 30. Adds 8 damage every 75 distance traveled to a maximum of 160 bonus. 16% slow. Maximum of 3 charges.
4500.52000N/A3Base damage of 40. Adds 10 damage every 75 distance traveled to a maximum of 200 bonus. 20% slow. Maximum of 4 charges.

Notes:
  • Ministuns for 0.1 seconds upon hit
  • Damage and effect type type: Magic
  • Slow stacks, duration resets on each hit
  • No cast animation
  • Can only be used as long as you have atleast one charge, one charge is consumed per cast.
  • Gains one charge every 6 seconds.
  • Electric bursts ends after hitting target or moving 2500 Distance
  • Moves at 750 speed, got 50 detection AoE



Who would this fit?
A hero who would want this skill is a heavy ganker or nuker, and it would certainly require a lot of skill to use it. It rewards players who take the chance, much like Miranas arrows, and a mid-roaming ganker with this skill would be able to bash out around 1k damage at lvl 7 along with a disable at max distance. Along with the subskill you can certainly play some mindtricks, and with fast fingers you can aim this as you want. The ministun allows interrupting channels, and the slow helps chasing, even if it is small and a short duration.

^ to use this to the best, you need 4 charges at lvl4, or 24s.
i dont play HoN, but is the concept of charge come from HoN?? (no offense to anyone, just a purely inquiry question)

on the ability: awesome idea. esp the Subskill Attract to move all Electric Bursts to a point --> burst dmg and requires high-lvl skill.
however, if the Electric Burst is moved, it may not reach the target point because of the maximum range 2500: if a Burst is almost at the end, and you move it, it only travel a bit more, which is of no use. It needs some more tweaks. Maybe reduce cast range and let all Bursts travel to the target point of Attract (or hit smt first) even though it is more than 2500?

Nobody forces you to cast Attract at the max range in the last second.

I've been working with a charge idea for a long time, but I am fully aware that HoN love their own charges (Been playing a bit myself) but honestly: Charges is a great idea, and I have been succesful with coding them (Check my Geminate attack remake) so i think it could work.

And as said, Attract is not to prolong the bolts, rather turn them. Using it correctly will be very hard, as it will affect ALL bolts, but succes will result in 0.4sec stun, 80% slow and around 1k damage. It all pays of in the end.

Well well, concept is impetus-ish, though with added slows and else.

First -> Base damage should stay constant (30 would fit)
Second -> I don't understand the charges' usage, you gain charge by using this spell, and uses charge by using this spell?

I do like this spell, much more viable than impetus, maybe it can be used by Enchantress (number can be tweaked)
Off Topic - Do you still make testmaps?

^ You gain 1 charge by doing nothing each 6s

the skill itself looks like Elune's Arrow + Impetus, but the best part is the sub skill Attract. i still hold my opinion. it is quite hard to estimate the distance traveled when u turn the Burst. But yes, without this, it still has a lot of potential.

I think that there is no reason to cap base at such a low amount. What i could do is scale the amount of charges only. But i think the scaling works as intended right now.

It is not aiming, therefor nt similar to impetus, would rather draw lines betwean this and arrow, because of the similar target-ways.
