Shrapnel new style! :D

Like my previous hybrid suggestion, this time..it will involve Alchemist's Unstable Concotion

Concept: Just like Unstable Concoction, when you press/use the ability..a timer will start counting down/up, the longer it is, the higher the damage output and stun duration will be, but what im suggesting is, when you active Shrapnel ability, a 3 second timer will start counting down. This number of seconds determine if its going to be an instant explode or a shower of slowing shrapnel.

Remember, its a countdown (5-4-3-2-1) not (1-2-3-4-5).

Cast Load SH[R]APNEL > wait timer (0-1 sec(s) = Shower Shrapnel/2-3 seconds = Exploding Shrapnel) > Launch SH[R]APNEL.

Projectile: Canon Ball.

Level 1 - Deals 80 damage
Level 2 - Deals 160 damage
Level 3 - Deals 240 damage
Level 4 - Deals 320 damage

Casting Range: 1200
AoE: 280
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Manacost: 120

oh and if you dont launch it, you'll get the 2/3 of the damage and 1/3 will reduce your attack damage for 3 seconds.

Thumbs up for the idea but I am not sure about putting stun for him.
The screams of imba will rawr through the internet. If an extra ability is really needed, i would choose to put either blind or silence though..

WHAT? i didnt say/mention anything about stun.
