STEAL ITEM (Active, Single-Enemy Hero) Theme: Theif, Ninja[?] Role: Disable Description: Steals a random item from the victim inventory. Stolen item will be locked, un-dropable, un-use-able. Last until caster is killed, only 1 item per hero is able to steal. Level 1 - Able to steal upto 1000g worth of item. Level 2 - Able to steal upto 2000g worth of item. Level 3 - Able to steal upto 3000g worth of item. Level 4 - Able to steal any worth of item. - Locked item will appear in gray/grey colour/color - Stolen item doesnt mean caster will get the item but, disable them instead - Last until death of victim or caster is killed - Casting range is 150 - Casting time is 1 seconds Cooldown: 15 Mana Cost: 125 |

I was so ready to go berserk with reasons why this should be in the game.
But you thought it through. Gj and actually a fairly balanced skill I might way. |

Counter -> people mass gg branches!
The least cost worthy counter to any spell in the game lol! Would be great for those hero's who start with boots and late game when most slots are taken with useful junk. |

Concept is fine, but perhaps the scaling instead could increase the maximum cost of items that it could steal, starting wiht 500, going to no cap. Keep cooldown at a lower amount, and give back item if you go to fountain.

well rusty, even if they mass GG branch..the slot will still be useless. Means the victim will lose one slot, and you know carries needs item @ late game. @APL yeah, you can steal(lock) aegis. which is funny..Lol. Useless Aegis. @Sarge how about the stealer is constantly revealed? equals to free bait. sight aoe will be small enough just to see him only. Lets say we go with your style, will it still be random? Sarge i think your idea fits "Break" theme. [Break Item], while Steal Item last until victim kills the stealer, Break Item last until victim reached fountain. Fair?

Guess its fair enough, but i'd still rather see a increasing maximum worth that could be stealed, and keeping the cooldown at a constant 75, cause it kinda sux earlygame.

does the enemy get's his item back when the caster dies?
I don't like wasting my inventory slot, so you should just make the item disabled/unusable/undroppable by the target until you die why? well what if the enemy hero fills all of his inventory slots and he doesn't have enough room to retrieve the item back? he's screwed |

its not actually removing the item, but locked instead. lock=un+dropable/useable
just think it as Doom(ultimate).

Aegis have no price, so i suppose it can be locked only after the skill is lvl4?

It is a nice idea to have such a skill, but your hero may only have like 5 items if you have this skill. That's what you are saying right now...
If you make the stolen item get transported to your circle, where it is undropable or unable to be picked up, it should work quite nice. You might have to think about changing the duration too, like till the original owner or you die or give it a long duration, like 5 minutes or so. Just thoughts that were flying in my head. |

Thanks dejaime, but it is really not mine suggetsion, but i still have to agree with you (YAY), i dont know if abyss misunderstood me earlier, but i mean only if the caster returns to fountain, perhaps it clarifies things a bit.
