Default Hero Balance Compilation 6.48 onwards

How to use:

• Click on a Heroname or -picture to view changes
• The changes are highlighted as Buffs or Nerfs
• An arguable/unsure/reworked change is highlighted in Yellow
• If a change is marked with a star * I made a comment in the tab "Comments"

• If you search changes regarding one special aspect
(eg.: all changes regarding the word "strength"):

For juggernaut, what if the banished unit is the only unit available when he ult's doesnt that make him vulnerable?
