Review Questions on rafiiki's hero:
1st skill:
What if:
- The skill is in cooldown? No effect?
- Target haven't level up active skill.
- Has autocast like Traxex?
6s CD is too fast imo.
The rest skill is ok..

yes, League of Legends. one of his skill will cause a timed card drawing (you can see which card color it is before you use the skill again to pick it, so its not random but skill) and if you draw a blue card, you deal a+(ap x b) bonus magic damage and you restore mana based on the bonus damage dealt. ap is ability power, think of ap as spell boosting points.

IIRC, the past hero with this model is all about gold coins too right?

Icons - It's okay pointing to bad. Why? It's coin all over the place...

Skill 1 - Cool. Okay. Balanced. But not appealing.

I know you make skill 3 synergize with skill 2 but I believe you could do it better. Skill 2-4 synergizes well but I think skill one is not that synergistic as others.

Actually skill 1 I felt synergized greatly with skill 2 and skill 4 as with skill 2 activated, the gold stolen would be split with everyone giving a max of 40 gold to everyone (if 200 gold is stolen) and when Gold Rush is on cooldown, can be used to amass more gold for the Ultimate.

I'm thinking of merging Skill 3 with Skill 2, but not sure what to fill the void with.

As for coins, I've been thinking of doing a true gambler using cards, dices, and slot machines so icons will change.

Anyways here's a review for your hero.

Skill 1: A bit way too random-based than chance based. I mean if you set all numbers on there to a specific value and just leave the % chance to damage yourself, I think that would be okay right?

Skill 2: Nifty skill, so max amount of damage that unit can take is 400 if that 80% were to activate all the time. Seems fair considering it can hold a unit up to 5.5 seconds. Cap is kind of disheartening since the situations using this skill viabllys quite rare. Also is the cage magic immune or can we still throw spells at the trapped target?

Skill 3: Not very accurate if her shots to hit something vital are chance-based. Won't go in to cooldown if nothing happens right? And why add a cooldown for a % based passive? Kind of weird if you ask me.

Ultimate: So you mean like Fire Storm? Channeling could work as it would have obvious synergy with skill 2, but its your call. Also why the randomness? I mean sure its nice to have some arrows hit harder than others, but overall having a set number does the job just as well. Just the fact that it has a chance of shredding armor already qualifies it.

Overall: Going to assume skill 3 works with skill 1 thus making the change of hitting herself all the more slimmer since although her accuracy is awful using skill 1, by learning accuracy she will become more accurate as 65% of the shots something will happen instead of missing which these two skills go really well when chasing someone down. Don't really understand what you mean by ragnarok for comparison, but I'm guessing its just fire storm with no dps and does -armor instead. Skill 2 feels out of place, but its workable I guess.

Decent submission, only gripe is the randomness of the range of buffs, but thats just an opinion. Whether you keep it in or out is totally up to you.
