Since suggested one and current one are both imported, I don't really care. I like both, yours looks slightly better, but something is really bothering me with it. Don't know what. T-null.

Don't like the color of the fire too much, too bright. Can you make the color stronger?
Also, fill out the empty space and do something to the eye (it looks weird).
This icon has a lot of potential and looks like it does not even need too much work.

I really wanna see a new icon for Liquid Fire
But we need to search for one resembling the essence of fire and the liquid essence
We don't need to see Jakiro , we need to see the Fire and how it's connects with the essence of a fluid

-face not purple enough
-fire needs some rework. Too bright and the liquid effect is weird (maybe remove some of the fangs. idk, it's just weird)
-black space isn't good, need glow
-kinda blurred, un-wcish. but more wc-ish than current
For now t-null, can be better

Seriously, current sucks. Suggested one is less blurry, looks more like Jakiro and i can feel 'liquid' fire from it. Maybe you should do something with empty bg, but nevertheless I'm T-Uping now.

T-down I really don't like it. Meaning I don't want to see it on the next patch.

It's totally subjective anyway. I find the old one skiny and the new one really childish and ugly ^^.
