Erm, just going to ask you about what those items are based on and do you know how to code them. Cos' they need to be based on an existing item/ability/</insert thingie in wc3 here> to be able to be implemented.

Commenting on items
First one is overly imba.
Like: WTF? That guy just nuked me twice/thrice with his skills and he has full mana while i, without casting my spells have my mana drained?
Nerf plz.
Even though it's 20% of their current mana, it's still alot, and it's a 30% chance and it' a 1000 AoE.

2nd item is imba also. 100% attack speed bonus with 30% chance to proc with a cooldown that's only one second longer than the duration is gay. Imagine: troll gets that item, activates effect, switch to melee then ulti.

or windrunner procs effect, whacks you then guinsoo then ulti. How about nerfing it so that it's like MoM and has a greater backlash and a longer cooldown?

3rd item is good. Just one question: how are you going to code the last thing? And, it's a good counter for one of the most annoying heroes (IMO): DK THE FAG WITH IMPENETRABLE ARMOR!

yeah, they're just concept. broken numbers of course.

1 - not imba cause "20% of current mana" so it does less and less for each proc.

2 - aha, damn troll/syla bear >< well, troll only stomps pub i think.

3 - yeah, made that for fags like DK/Late Game Armor(shiva AC user). codeablity = unknown. i will ask Mech Team

ya but is still A LOT! and you can potentially render your opponent without mana and thus, useless with this f**king imba item.

Imagine This
Late Game
Zeus spams.
Assume opp team has avg mana of 1.5k (slacking ^^) per hero.
Easily 300 mana gone. In the whole team.
NA does a fixed amount of mana burn with his skill, it has cooldown too. Also, it takes up his mana and does not regenerate it
AM does a fixed amount of burn and takes about 5~6 hits to build up that much mana. And, he needs to get up close and personal (thus risking his life by getting nuked/stun/owned) to do this. Also, it's only to one player.
You could do this with zeus in 5 seconds and steal 1.5k mana in total. IN FIVE SECONDS. It's going to be so f**cked. Not even including the mana intensive heroes that are going to be jumping for joy.

And regarding second items, MoM provides that too BUT IT HAS A FRIGGING BACKLASH! and, it's duration/cooldown is the same as yours, only yours has a lower cooldown.(cooldown is 1 second longer then duration) And yours is NOT an orb effect x.x

Look at it this way (a ranged hero with a disable etcetc), a bone/any other agi dmger whacks you. they proc the thing. You die. Simple. X.x I could name you a whole load of hero that seriously needs that item. AND, it's NOT EVEN AN ORB EFFECT!
