The admiral summons the mythical ghost ship S.S. CoCo to the battlefield. Allies are doused in Captain CoCo's Rum, inebriating them for 10% bonus movespeed and numbness to incoming damage, causing them to feel only half of the pain now and half after the Rum wears off. Enemies, pirates and scurvy knaves are dashed on the rocks for damage and a brief stun when the ship crashes.

Somewhere in this thread I saw someone talking about a "hero maker" program, which would effectively just be something you could input the information and it would automatically format the hero to the template. The list was just to assist any person who was up to the task. I'd do it myself if I knew how to.

This was me. I would expect the mods to get this made - it doesn't take too long. It took approximately 90 mins for an amateur programmer (amateur = first year uni) to write this for me, and that includes debugging time.
I really hope the mods do something similar because it'll truly save time, as well as make things much more official.

That's my point exactly. People don't know how to use forums. This way, they don't. They input info into fields, click code. Open the notepad file and copy paste everything. End of story. It's easy, looks great, puts an end to walls of text, noobery and inexperience. It evens works out the point system (converts str points into health, int into mana, agi into armor, etc). I bet half the people on here don't even know how much health one str point gives, amirite?
On top of that, you could make people accept the rules before using the program to post suggestions. IMO, it's a little bit of effort that would solve so many problems..
If you have that program, you can use it whenever you want, but making it official is not a good way. 90% of users can and will use the regular template, as its really easy to edit it. Those 10% who don't know anything about suggesting, well, they don't even need to suggest heroes. Not all users want to suggest heroes, they should start with small things like Visuals or Others.

In order to make an assembly for his troops, Admiral Proudmore targets a hero and marks its current position on the ground. After a few seconds, the hero will instantly return to the mark.
The admiral summons the mythical ghost ship S.S. CoCo to the battlefield. Allies are doused in Captain CoCo's Rum, inebriating them for 10% bonus movespeed and numbness to incoming damage, causing them to feel only half of the pain now and half after the Rum wears off. Enemies, pirates and scurvy knaves are dashed on the rocks for damage and a brief stun when the ship crashes.
