Default Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim

But to answer your question i don't know.
I'm sure its possible but.. very.. very.. VERY hard.
I picked my first master when i perked lockpicking a bit.
Even then it took me forever and alot of picks broke.

I am a Sneak, Lockpicking, One handed sword, Archer and it's pretty fun :3 i love my character ^^
Level 18 Archer (yeah I don't play a lot, this is my first and only character so far). xD

Just kicked Whiterun's Jarl butt because he didn't want to cooperate with the Stormcloaks!

Anyway, what perks should I get for my archer? I'm going with archery and sneak because shooting arrows is so much fun, when you get used to it it's even cooler, then some sneak for stealth and massive damage. I didn't get Eagle Eye and Steady Hand yet because I didn't feel like I need them at this point of the game, everything is going smooth!

So yeah, what perks would you recommend? I'm going for enchanting too so I can improve my armors to deal extra damage with bows. But anything besides that, I don't know what to do.

Edit:

My first and only character is also a sneaky archer and it is boring.
The perks you should get is obvious, get all the sneak and archery perks then get smithing, enchanting, alchemy to create a weapon that can kill enemies in one critical hit.

Nah, it's not boring. Shooting stuff from a very far away place is entertaining, you need a bit of practice if the target is too far.

Hitting flying dragons with arrows is cool too, a little challenging when they keep changing their flight path too much.

And sneaking --> killing moving enemies feels good. It's like you are a real archer striving for survival, solely depending on hiding to snipe things or else you are dead (because of low HP and have light armor).

I don't know, sniping moving creatures from a very far distance is anything but boring to me. Haha, that's my taste,

Actually a game like Skyrim there's one million things to do and so many things to perk.
Just keep perking the things you want and you're good.
You're just level 18, you've just began so really read into the perks and go for what you want.
Want better archery? then perk it
Want to be stealthy? perk some sneak.
Mix perks between levels though and not go all for one perk.
(unless you feel its necessary to perk one thing in two levels)
Since you want to be doing a lot of stuff you kind of have to plan ahead and stuff and depending on what you need and use the most
(do you sneak alot or do you make stuff and things like that)
Remember, we all play differently. You just need to find your way of playing it.
: )

Oh, thanks. Very comforting, it reassures me I can go with I like and it won't backfire in the end.

Last question, though: Is there a level cap in Skyrim? Because if it doesn't then I'll just go with my own build without needing to worry about my inability to beat the game as it becomes harder in the end. xD

there is a hard level cap of 81, but then you'd have maxed everything to 100 by then. which means 80 perks in all, but realistically? after 50 it takes too long level up one time, so it's better to plan your build for 50 perks first

and it's not true that you can go with what you like and it won't backfire

you do not need a perk at all in lockpicking imo, because you can just skill to 100, then use the unbreakable lockpick to pick master locks. and it really doesn't matter, since best loot (besides unique stuff) is self forged, enchanted anyway

Just FYI I have no perks in Lockpicking, I've leveled it up to about 8X so far, and I never spend more than 5 picks even on a master lock.
I just try and pick everything I see.

And seriously, it's not that difficult. Just get better at it please, no need for perks and barely any need for the thief guild quest skeleton key.

well that's just in case wesai was running out of lockpicks

but yes, lockpicking perks are pretty bad. well ok not bad, just totally inconsequential. and the minigame is admittedly much easier than oblivion's this time round

anyway Dawnguard!

Hunt Vampires or be one. Interesting, although I was never into being a vampire, but the other gameplay enhancements seem nice

Dawnguard. A Bethesda own lore-unfriendly mod.

i agree,

i played Skyrim on 3 characters
and i know i spent a lot of time on it

my first character was a level 52 Nord with full set of Legendary Daedric Armor/Weapons --> this character was boring as hell

my second character was a level 50 sexy female Bosmer (Archer/Theif/assassin) --> this one was the most enjoyable and fairly balanced

my last character was a level 65 Breton Mage (Mainly Conjurer + Destruction)
this character was Overpowered as hell
you just destroy everything around, period.

actually i leveled him up until ~45 or so and then i found out about the Hermoues Mora's Book exploit (can't remember his name well nor his book's name), i used it to level up my destruction just out of curiosity to see the master destr. spells.

And now i'm waiting for the DLC

this game is great, and yea there's no point to go beyond lvl 50 in skyrim

Dawnguard is a future official plug-in for Skyrim scheduled for release on the Xbox 360 this summer, with the release for the PC and Playstation 3 staggered by at least one month. Files found within Patch 1.5.26.0 would suggest that Dawnguard may include vampires, the legendary Snow Prince, and crossbows. Files found in patch 1.6.87.0.6 suggest that there might be crying children, pouring and taking water from wayshrines, dialogue gestures, and the reading of an Elder Scroll. The preview trailer for Dawnguard seems to confirm most of the previous discoveries in the game files as accurate, with crossbows, vampires, and an Elder Scroll being shown being carried on someone's back and later being read.
The Dawnguard is an organization dedicated to hunting a group of humans or vampires which turn into gargoyle-like flying humanoids. The player can choose whether to aid the Dawnguard, or become one of the creatures. The leader of the creatures is attempting to gather the Elder Scrolls, seemingly planning to use them to destroy the sun.

Holy crap, some vampiric sect will try to destroy the sun by using Elder Scrolls. Quite original way to get rid of vampire weaknesses.

I can not WAIT for Dawnguard :'3
Seemed too epic.

Also i have a question.
I haven't played Skyrim in forever because i've been busy with Diablo III.
Yesterday i decided to play some Skyrim and i was weak all of a sudden.
I've never been hurt by things, even if i did it was a small amount.
This was like.. almost one fire breath from a dragon and i was almost dead, a few arrows as well.
Is it programmed to make you less strong if you haven't played for a while or.. what?
I couldn't make any sense of this..
I tried searching about it but.. Google is not my friend. lol.

well all playstyles destroy everything if you play it right (unless you are extreme speechmaster/trader)

but Destruction mage has that oh-so-cheesy dual cast perk which lets them stagger EVERYTHING in the game, including dragons.

Which is one of reasons I've stopped to play the bloody game.
If a game doesn't allow me to go all out and forces me to cripple myself in order to create challenge, then that's a bad game.
