Default Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim

A shield/heavy armor makes arrow basically useless. (last time I've played anyway)

Requiem isn't really a diffculty mod, it's a overhaul base on the creator's vision

If requiem isn't for you, SkyRe is pretty good because of the perk tree. (doesn't remove level scaling though, which is a big no no for me)

I found a localized damage mod on nexus and found out that combat mods like TK combat and deadly combat have them integrated. Since combat damage is very high in Requiem I'll see if it is possible to modify this mod so that damage to limbs and non vital areas is reduced since it pretty much increases damagein addition to dealing various penalties (which are static and would also require changing).

Skywind = Morrowind remake using the Skyrim engine. Pretty impressive.

Who needs Skywind when you have this mod?

I have. It's a ridiculously good price for those 5 games, I say. Really you're only paying for 3 games (since Arena and Daggerfall are both available for free download from Bethesda and so weren't factored into the cost of the overall product I'm pretty sure) but $90 for 3 triple-A titles as good as these is amazing. Morrowind and Oblivion aren't the Steam versions, they're the original retail version with latest patch (Morrowind), the GotY Edition (Oblivion) and Skyrim is the Legendary Edition. The maps are really cool to boot.

Guys, got a new rig, playing Skyrim at almost all max settings + including high resolution textures.

Decided to go for Bosmer Archer with crossbows, currently level 24 without touching main quest. Just having fun doing side quests, just got into Dawnguard questline, wanna finish it before I rush into Alduin. Combined with Skyre, it makes all those useless perk trees really wonderful. Also, TONS of great looking swords to make!

Here`s my list of mods, if anyone wants to recommend something really great, just let me know!

I finished the main story.

I am now complete. Only level 33 kek, but I was getting bored. 55 hours, great game.

To all shitheads that claim that Skyrim is one-sided game and without a touch of role playing, totally wrong. I am 100% sure that Skyrim is best action rpg there is right now.

Not sure about what that means to me, personally, I can only say that I'm a filthy casual and not really a fan of hardcore rpgs. The role playing was more of a state of mind rather than what the game was offering me to be.

Really have no desire to go back to it after getting my hands on DS2.
It simply surpasses Skyrim in every comparable aspect.

Honestly, I can`t compare open world rpg like Skyrim with console to PC ports which lead you only through pre-determined paths. I have it on my computer (DS2) but for now I will stick to Skyrim. Also, I love playing RPG`s in first-person camera with full strife support - not turning around like in many console games. Dark Messiah of M^M is an another great example of it (first-person rpg), although much poorer in terms of in-game choices, skills and enemies.

Totally understand you.
It's just that things I can compare between the games, I think DS2 did it better.
Combat, weapon types, and stuff like that would be a good example.
Btw, if you like first person combat, give Dishonored a shot in case you didn't.
I also heard that new Shadow Warrior has great first person combat (katana), but that is a shooter, not an RPG.
Which reminds me, I should totally give that game more attention (loved the original when I was a kid).
