[Tweak] Maelstrom/Mjollnir Recipes

CURRENT

Recipe cost: 800 gold

Total cost: 2900 gold

Recipe cost: 400 gold

Total cost: 5400 gold

PROPOSE

Recipe cost: 400 gold

Total cost: 2500 gold

Recipe cost: 800 gold

Total cost: 5400 gold

Why?

- Maelstrom bonuses, as a mid game item, isn't that large compared to its compounds (10 IAS + lesser Chain Lightning).

- 800 gold is a lot of gold at mid game.

- At the other hand, 400 gold recipe for Mjollnir (a late game item) is quite low.

- A better build up would help a orb effect option (Chain Lightning) usually not gotten due to safer/more effective orb effects options.

- It doesn't make sense that Greater Chain Lightning (along with Static Charge) has a cheaper recipe that Lesser Chaing Lightning (along with +10 AS).

- If you don't understand why Mjollnir does not grant +80 AS, check this out.

The only problem I see is that, in my personal view, Maelstrom is broken beyong repair by being an orb effect.

This seems like a very good way to attempt a simpler fix, though.

400 is too little for Maelstorm recipe. Maybe make it cost 600 and make Mjolnir's recipe cost 600 too.

No one gets Maelstrom anyway. I'd rather see it overbuffed for a few versions just to stir things up (think Manta Style) than see an irrelevant buff...
(Remember that Maelstrom has an even larger opportunity cost compared to other items such as Treads because Gloves of Haste and Hammer are "bad" items that don't give any stats,survivability, etc early on)
