it would never work.
orb effects aren't situational, you have them or you don't have them.
what you are talking about are buffplacers (the proc of sny places a buff).
another example would be crit/bash on ranged heroes. it's a buffplacer but no orb effect. in this case it would stack fine with quelling blade.

could you please clarify on how QB would interact with Split Shot? If the primary target (the one that's right clicked, [A]ttack + left clicked or automatically aquired) is a allowed target for the demolish skill all other targets for Split Shot damage would get the 12% bonus damage?

so you'd basically hit 4x with 12% (48% total damage increase)?
or 36% considering the other 3 targets are the only desired ones?

I have a question that i was unable to find in the mechanics, and i wonder if anyone thought about it : Does qb work on magical attacks or only on physical? And secondly, does it work with Return or Counter Helix, or anything similar

worth mentioning here is that criticals are increased multiplicatively by demolish, bashs aren't

example: i hit an enemy creep with melee QB and a crystalis. Final damage=standard damage*1.32*1.75.

Does this mean, that if you have a Quelling Blade and Vladimir´s Offering your final dmg = standard dmg * 1.32 * 1.15 ?

Yes.
Note that the bonus damage provided by Vladmir's is based on base damage and primary attribute.
