[Observer Info] Buy Back Cost

This is for observers only.
Please add a section in the observer info window with the Buy Back Cost for each hero. This would be really useful in watching and commentating games.

Perhaps on the bottom where it has (Hero icon + respawn time) you can put a (3-4 digit number for the cost in parenthesis).

To extend this even there are several options you can do, such as:

1. When heroes are alive the number in () will be (gold lost from death) + (buy back cost). When heroes are dead it only displays the gold needed to buy back. Color the number green when they have enough and color it red when they don't have enough money.
2. Have a separate section for buyback cost.

Is it really needed? another 4 digits in the window WILL hurt. It will eat up more space and thus you can't keep opening it while playing (i like to do that)

Adding an command like -ii (-bb for buyback) is quite good though

I think it would be nice if after the game ends this slot became the total gold spent on buybacks. It would add an interesting comparison next to the Gold won/lost through hero kills and the creep CS score.
