you would see them animate all the time, either cause retards would like to abuse it or cause every player uses the shops
and I don't think it's possible to play an animation for a specific player only |

It would look awesome (xcept for the sena walk animation, idk what it will look like)
But will it still be ok if someone mass-clicked the shops? Can we make it so that when the shops are animating no more commands will be done after it's done.

I think is codeable, I have a way to do but IDK too much about JASS and advance triggers:
When the animation starts, the trigger is disabled for an amount of time. Maybe an advanced JASSer can say if is really possible. The animation would be general for all players, but as I said, the trigger will be disabled when the unit is selected and re-enabled when deselected. |

I kinda like this idea, however I need to confirm:
1. Does this apply for each individual players in their own screen? What i mean by this is I dont want other players spamming the shop and I see the shop jerking none stop. If yes then T-up I guess Else T-Down.

What about only having the animation if you bought an item from the shop, otherwise you could just mass click those shops and their animations wouldn't be something special. Some animations are bad (especially the morph of the AoW)

I like this suggestion for a very different reason. It is very helpful when you try to explain new players where to buy items.
Instead of "in the shop with the woman" you could simply click the shop and say "the item is in here!" T-UP
