[Remake]Geminate Attack

Make Geminate Attack stack with attackspeed, so the cooldown is passively reduced the more attackspeed you have. I will think about numbers later. As these suggestions are mostly about concepts anyway, this shouldnt be a problem.

Reasoning:Weaver is not a siege-hero, so the new change in 6.63 hardly helped him.

My only important question is: Is it codeable?

the only way to make GA good is for it to proc every X attacks, like old Storm's skill.
But that would make it worse for harassing in lane or last hitting.

NO. Why would you do that to weaver? It's the whole point of geminate attack. I mean i would LOVE to have that on kunkka's tidebringer =D but that'll never happen because it's retarded.
