I think this way it would be too powerful for some heroes like Bristle or teachies and not that powerful for omni knight for example... But with a lot of balance discussion can be considerated.

I got it, don't think I misundertood. I know the effects are independent and can't be used simultaneously.
What I'm trying to say is that the int treads would be very very powerful for teachies or bristle. Immagine a teachies placing mines at less than 100 mana... The same with agi. Imagine a bristle with increased AS by both, threads and warpath. What about an untouchable STR-threads OgreMagi? While in the other hand, an omni knight or an sven wont have that much of a benefit.

Well... When I play teachies, I get the first blood frequently by planting 5-6 mines at the same spot. The only problem I find on dong it is his mana, so I get a lot of clarities. With this, the problem would be solved without any need of extra mana regen. Mines starting cooldown is 25 secs... The same can be said here about Frostmourne here, you cast frostmourne and make it even more effective because of the thread. This will be very very good for 1/5 of the heroes while not that good for the rest.
I think that the thread we have now has a good benefit balance, any hero that buys it will have low difference in gain, while this one's difference would be considerable.

I don't like of giving 3 entirely different effects.
Stats bonus is fine. Maybe you can add something more than it instead of changing it completely.

its an add on, stats remain. numbers needs to be more minor cause PT is around 1500, and these numbers are way over border.

I think the number of the 6.63 PT isn't good.
10 Str bonus= 190 HP: leave it here Agi and Int bonus should be 20 and 15. 20 Agi (20AS) kind of make up for the Gloves of Haste it lost for Agi carriers to buy it. 15 Int. Every one notices that now only Int heroes and Supporters go PT because of the mana. minus 1 to make it 10/15/20.

I don't think that's a good idea. IMO the recent PT/PB change was one of the better ones, and they shouldn't be overcomplicated like that. It's a nice concept for a new item, but boots of any flavor should be kept nice and simple. And what should these effects have to do with boots? Some kind of magical orb or sphere would make more sense.
