Haha thanks for the shout out. This solves a lot of problems but there are still times early game where, creep or no creep, you don't want your ult to go off.
Also, creeps can do a lot of dmg when there a lot of them attacking you at once and it might actually be a good thing to have your ult turn on automatically. Please specify about towers too because they can also do a lot of damage but also, they can do little damage but still annoyingly turn on your ult. |

^unless u are paying absolutely no attention, 400 damage from creeps would be at least 30 hits from melee creeps. the thing is, unless there is a hero nearby, it would be really sad to die from creeps, towers, etc. so no to towers but yes to fountain

Auto active if there are enemy heroes nearby, or towers, fountain, rs..

^ it's not like this suggestion makes it so he always farms at low hp, so i dont think it should auto activate. it would be used like blur then =P

Pretty good idea for a buff. Most of the time, whether it's neutrals or normal creeps (and especially early game when 400 hp is about half of your health) it's activated for worse.
Your suggestion gives it purpose on it;s usual usage: against Heroes. Besides, 400 HP are enough for you to take your time and notice whether you want to activate the ulty yourself against enemies other than heroes. tl;dr: support.

i prefer a configurable ultimate. a command with a number that sets the bar.

Can't we have a sub, toggle-able ability which when activated, will allow borrowed time to be cast when abbadon reaches 400hp. I mean, you get the point.

It's part of his gameplay. It'd be kinda like saying, Mortred's crit should be toggleable, so I can shut off during their Blade Mail. Completely ridiculous.
