I like the idea of having another tier item for Magic Wand. But same effects upgraded the second time? I was expecting some sort of extra sub-skill.

I was thinking about AoE too but it'll quite imba with that recipe...
I was thinking about making this is use-able on enemies also. Is that imba?

I was thinking about mana burn which was remade because of many disadvantages... So I didn't include it in here...

I got an idea for a possible mana burn (and balanced). Instead of damage to your enemies, they are burned for their mana by (Integer)*the number of allies healed.
Example: You have 3 allies with you that are healed, 4 all in all, includes you. Let's say the integer is 10, 10*4 = 40 mana burn to foes in a 250 AOE. You can rename the Active spell into Energy Discharge. |

I can't buy this. Imagine if all players in the game has this item on team battles. This would make team battles to be complex and frustrating since the two sides of the team will just heal themselves. Aside from that, it will just render the spammers/nukers of the game to become the prey and the hitters to become the predator.

Sorry if I elaborated my previous idea wrongly, I meant like instead of a target skill (like Salve as you say), make it like a Meka meets Mana Burn AOE skill. You cast this, whoever is healed by your Staff is an addition to your units+integer which is 10, you multiply that and you get the damage result. Or probably the number of charges you have will be times the integer will burn the mana of the foes in a 250 AOE. This will make Magic Wand more flexible than a single cast, another uber support item. |

Very interesting.
I fucking love the fact it uses wand too, that is awesome and very well placed. Considering it such a neat little item and trinket putting it further into more tiers is a great idea imo.

I was actually just thinking of another Magic Wand upgrade and imploying Ring of Basilius is a great way to do so. Usually when I do ring of basilius of the bat for a intellect hero, it doesn't go anywhere, usually dissasmbled into Arcane Ring/Oblivion Staff.
