[FX] Veil of Discord buff

Hey guys,

current Veil of Discord buff effect looks like Shadow Poison.
So I suggest a change to this effect, attached to head:

Can also check it in motion in the attached testmap, as always.

Important:
The cast FX stays. It is friggin huge and even a blind man could see it, so this effect is rather small. Would only overload the game otherwise and this somewhat small effect is still good enough if you wanna check if you received the buff or already lost it and stuff.

Useless technical information:
MSI of the FX: 301 byte
MSI of the old FX: 536 byte
NEGATIVE MSI of the suggestion: 235 byte
LOC: 110 lines (minus 5 lines useless Mago's header)
Consists of 2 particle emitters, 2 Sequences, 1 non-custom texture.
Is called ClockwerkAghanims in Editor because I was lazy

It works. A head attachment suits the confusion or weakening willpower or whatever it does to make them more vulnerable to magic.

meh, i don't really care about it. I have yet to use it properly anyway. T-Up since it does look better but not by that much.

Well it is "Veil of DISCORD", so it is more of a psychological/brain-thing. So attaching something to chest makes less sense imo.

msi-price-performance ratio is good imo T-up
But head attachment looks weird even though it's more logical.
^ Overhead sounds nice imo. However attaching to the chest makes it nearly invisible.

Gonna make it bigger and then attach it to chest.

Edit: Meh. The chests have a too high variation in size, it looks friggin huge on Chen but extremely small on TC.
If I make it any bigger, ppl prolly think it's global when it's on skeleton king D:
