Default [Item] Ancient Glaze Scroll

Ancient Glaze Scroll

4000

Brought From:
Protectorate

Commonly seen in shaman's rituals. More likely in Archmages chantings. They used this as a protection against hollow curses

+450 HP
+400 mana
+4 HP/sec regeneration
+100% mana regeneration
Deluge(Active)

Soul Booster (3300)

Recipe (700)

Deluge(Active)

- Targeting: Allied hero/Self
- Removes all buffs from target unit.
- Heals target unit 0.25 HP per mana point missing
- Manacost: 110
- Cooldown: 18

Pros
[+] Free heal
[+] Useful to use for spell casters
[+] Provides support
[+] Free Purge
[+] Counter against extreme negative buffs, exception of Doom

Cons
[-] Full mana, means no heal
[-] Need to bring down someone's mana to effectively cast this

[-] Imba?
Example of use

Example, Nevermore has only 64/304 mana and got hexed by lion, you used scroll to Nevermore, he becomes normal and un-hexed again and healed by 60

But how come 120? Here's a Math:
His mana is 64/304, so subtract cause it calculates it's mana lost.
So the answer is 240, then quarter it (By 25%).
So it's 60.
60 hp is the amount of heal.....

1. Grammar error... Halves it by 50%..? Redundancy much...
2. Very OP in late game when used... Imagine any player with Lion/Lina as teammates...
3. T-Down...

Deluge(Active)

- Targeting: Allied hero
- Debuffs everything from the target and heals the target based on his mana lost and halves it by 50% as a heal to him/her.

Example, Nevermore has only 64/304 mana and got hexed by lion, you used scroll to Nevermore, he becomes normal and un-hexed again and healed by 120

a terrible early game item, but this is gonna be massive awesome late game. Silencer auto casting glaives and pounding back HP like no tomorrow.

I actually think this item could be very useful in game to remove purges/debuffs etc...
Depending on the CD which you haven't included, but i would say like 25 secs should be fine.

K, If it was in an item I'd say Overpowered. Now it's in a consumable AND it heals... Imbalanced...

I'm talking about buff removal here.

I feel that its more suitable for a recipe item, then balance the numbers slightly more.

yas he does mean as a item, but we have diffusal blade already for that. I don't really like it's too cheap it heals good late game on int heroes.I hope that Black.Lotus will comment on this.

Default Re: [Item-Consumable]Scroll of Glaze

% based items tend to grow as the game advances.

So, if you want this item to be used earlier and then ignored later (like Tango, for example), it should have a fixed HP heal.
If you're planning on forcing supports to dedicate one of their item slots to help their farmed carries when raxing, then %-age is the way to go...

And change your texting, ok?

Deluge(Active)

- Targeting: Allied hero
- Removes all buffs from target unit.
- Heals target unit 0.25 damage per mana point missing

Myb a cap would balance it a bit? fixed number(like max heal 300) or % of HP or MP(max up to 15% heal)
Thou it's 1st effect is powerful by it self.
And i agree with Unan1mous it has to good effect for plain consumable.
Overall i like it.
