The whole point was to nerf his early game and buff his late game. This would just be dumb >_>.

I like the change on mana burn that Icefrog did. It lowered mana burn damage early game but it makes him more useful late game

Ok I see what you guys are saying, but int heroes are already fragile, this spell just own int heroes so bad. So how about just damage cap?

I think the CD needs adjustment, but otherwise I think Icey did a great job redefining NA's role already.

Lol you're the first one to actually understand my point. All the rest of the comments want a 600+ damage every 5 second mana burn, which is imba in every way.
And yes I'll change it to 400 cap.

whats the point in 400 dmg cap man? magic reduction reduces it to nearly 300 damage.....
only some heroes actually have that high int...... |

No point? This make difference only in late-late game, where NA's shitty as hell anyway, even with new mana burn.
Why nerfing is already shitty point? Besides, i think NA is about fine now. Needs to play some more games, but i've got little times on my hands lately.

Look my reorganization of the weapon shop for: • Organized shop layout (ala Sena the Accesorizer) • More unique +dmg items (BoA ,Broadswoard & Claymore) • Items and recipes are more logical and intuitive • Hammer is the old Javelin (the %chance fits naturaly in Basher + Mael) • Desolator is now made from swords and more! |

Well int heroes are already more fragile than most other heores so the current mana burn just kills them. Why do you think 500+ damage every 5 second is shitty at late game? And with the 6.63 change, int heroes can no longer use bloodstone/heart to tank so they are much easier to kill now.

To any high int hero, that mana burn is hell. The problem is there are only a few heroes with that high int and you have a team to back you up anyway, ranged DPS heroes + wards/dust/gem screw NA big time (no vendetta, no spiked carapace, low mana burn cuz they have low int, just the stun). So he`s fine, let go, move on.
