If you have any advice, or suggestions to offer me, I would really appreciate it. Please note that English is not my native language, so please forgive any grammatical errors.

Formerly a jester of the royal court, Luffykin was banished by his masters for his increasingly frightening and strange jests, and eventually killed. However, the Lich King resurrected him as a gnoll and gave him powers from beyond the grave. His trickery is unmatched and even the brightest Sentinel heroes cower in fright as they find their sight blinded and distorted by the wrath of the former jester. His remorseless laugh echoes across the abyss, and those who hear it shall despair.

Description: The trickster targets an enemy hero and causes shadow illusions of himself to spring around him. The enemy's full aggression is then focused on the clones for a short while. Each clone destroyed slows the target hero's attack speed by 10%.

Notes:

2) Each illusion appears 200 units away from the target hero, all around the hero. Clones last for 10 seconds.
3) Each clone deals 20% damage and takes 350% damage
4) Each clone destroyed reduces target hero's AS by 10% for 4s. If another clone is destroyed while first slow is still active, second slow will stack with the first one and duration will be refreshed.
5) Complete target aggression is focused upon the illusions for the first 3 seconds. Aggression focus works only upon the targeted hero.
6) Other enemy heroes and creeps can damage the illusions. Slow effect will apply only to target hero, even if another hero or creep destroyed the clone.
7) Illusions are uncontrollable, and will attack the target hero throughout it's duration. If target hero dies/moves out of range while spell is active, clones attack nearest enemy hero. If no enemy heroes are nearby, clones remain stationary.
8) Illusions are magic immune and has the same HP as Luffykin.



Remorseless Laugh

Type: Active
Target Type: Instant
Hotkey: E
Description: Luffy's haunting laughter inserts fear into the hearts of his enemies, completely stopping their mana and health regeneration, dealing damage and making them falter after casting any spell.

Blinding Trickery

Type: Active
Target Type: AOE
Hotkey: D
Description: Luffykin targets an area and fills it with a haunting light, which creates a void in their sight and blinds them. This light is filled with the malicious spirits controlled by Luffykin, which distorts the enemy's senses and makes them believe there are many more forces in battle against them.

1) Percentage of blindness reduces over time, so each second, blind chance is reduced by 20%.
2) Illusions lasts as long as the blind effect lasts (5 seconds).
3) The illusions are created 0.1s after blind effect takes place.
4) Illusions are created with the Manta Style animation.
5) Illusions can be controlled by Luffykin.

Global Deceit

Type: Active

Hotkey: D
Description: Luffy blinds and deceives every single enemy across the map, causing all of their attacks to miss for a short duration.

HERO SYNERGIES:




Put this hero together with Luffykin, and the enemy will be begging for mercy. Curse of the Silent has perfect synergy with Remorseless Laugh, dealing further damage and giving an almost guaranteed stun. Last Word further weakens the enemy, and their ultimates combined makes enemy heroes little more than bystanders.



Mana recharges alleviate your mana necessities and let you freely cast your spells.



The battle becomes so much more confusing (for the better), with heroes using illusions and Luffykin's 2nd skill.



Together with gravehack, armor can be considered negligible.



Using berserker's call, Axe complements clonic anxiety and can literally be sued to isolate an enemy for a whole gank period. Battle hunger is also made more effective with Luffykin's ulti.


WORST ENEMIES:




This item literally makes ur ulti shit.



Even if the attacks miss, mana break is still painful. And mana void can be devastating.



Good as a friend, REALLY bad as an enemy. Last Word is extremely powerful against Luffykin, as he has 4 actives. Plus, Global silence reduces him to a creep.



Which hero doesn't hate doom?



Piss poor HP + Badass nukers and burst damage = K.O

Uhmm, good job on the template but where in the world is your icons? Anyway:

Background Story: None yet hmm? Would you like me to make you one?

1st Skill: Isn't creeps also one of the enemy units? Or do you mean enemy heroes? Nonetheless, quite a wide variety of effects meaning there is a 10% chance on each effect. Quite unique if you ask me. 8/10

2nd Skill: I have to say, I kinda find this skill... unique but I don't know with the others. Reminds me of Shaco from League of Legends. 7/10

3rd Skill: Nope, this will not do. Imba even for me, I don't really like skills which makes you drop items. It could be that there is a chance for that killed hero to release a "soul" which can be commanded by the Joker for X seconds, but that's just a suggestion. 4/10

Ultimate: Nice skill, kind of a global Laser's blind. Disastrous for DPSers. 8/10

Verdict: 27/40
Status: Passed

-I find the skills nice but wait for the others. Please find some icons and a model for your hero.

Thanks for the suggestions. If you would like to tweak skill no.2 in any way, i am open to suggestions. I meant neutral creeps for skill 1, sorry. I really don't know what else can be done about skill 3, will spend some more time on that. Lastly, i would be very glad if you could suggest me with a good background story. As for the icons, i really have no idea where do i get good,original icons. Can you please help me find some, or say where i can get, or how to i customize good icons? Thanks again, will wait for more reviews though.

Unique does not mean good.
Randomness is OK to the point where it provides tension, but this is overkill and far beyond it. You could never ever count on this skill as the effect is purely random and as such it is a very bad skill.

Skill 2:
Good and unique skill.

Skill 3:
This skill is gamebreaking, even if it wasn't random. It has absolutely crap design.

Ulti:
Global Silence against carries. Global Silence is however much stronger since it prevents the enemy team from initiating. This would be used mid-fight. Invoker's Deafening Blast does usually does the same job but we rarely see any allies going on the offense despite enemies being unable to attack for 4 seconds.
It's decent.

Here's my suggested story for this guy, I don't know if it meets your standards but feel free to use it:

"Formerly a jester of the royal court, Luffykin did his job with most effort and passion but to no avail, his masters weren't pleased and banished him from the court. Outraged, Luffykin wanted vengeance against his masters and soon the Lich King heard his pleas and imbued Luffykin with powers from beyond the grave. Now a demon in servitude of the Scourge, Luffykin brings his bag of tricks to the plains of battle. His trickery is unmatched as his foes crumble beneath powerful poisons and explosions, Luffykin's trickery knows no bounds as even the brightest Sentinel heroes are blinded with confusion as illusions of Luffykin turn the tables upon their strategies. With vengeance as his power, the Sentinel cower in fright as they find their sight blinded and distorted by the wrath of the former jester.

As his foes fall to the blood soaked ground, Luffykin's remorseless laugh echoes into the abyss and those who shall hear them will despair."

If you understand it, then you should come to the conclusion that I though it was best to make a new skill and scrap the current one.

Skill 3 is a little bit overpowered IMO. He might be better picked than CM.

I'll make the review on your third skill quick:

By "increase mana regeneration by 1 etc." do you mean 1%? If so, this skill is unoriginal. This is a combined skill of Necrolyte's Heartstopper Aura(only this affects the mana of enemies) and Rylai's Brilliance Aura. How about an aura which increases an ally's mana regeneration by 1% per X% of mana missing?

Aw crud.....it's tough to originalize everything....*sigh*. Okay, gonna have to come up with another passive here. Don't want 4 actives, but want to keep the evil laugh theme for skill 3. Or should i make a laugh related active ability? Running out of ideas, damn....

I actually like everything about this hero except for his passive. 4 mana regen is really nothing in the game ATLEAST buff it to 6-8 or it won't even be worth leveling it up at all seeing he is an int hero with high mana and high int.

REVIEW, REVIEW, REVIEW

BG story - good, but revenge is so common for me, but it's okay

1st skill - completely random, and i dont quite get it. you press "R" so you can choose
between "T" and "X"? and both those skills will give a random effect to the enemy???

2nd skill - pretty nice, but how much damage does the illusions get? i suggest 250-300%
if you dont have an idea

3rd skill - er... kinda useless for me. and in the story says "His remorseless laugh
echoes across the abyss, and those who hear it shall despair." I suggest make it an
offensive skill or a negative buff to the enemy

4th skill - Global Miss


This hero is okay, but I would like to see the hero model. t-null
