[Tweak]Epicenter

Simple change: add a .05s delay before the first pulse goes off after epicenter is channeled. This will allow all pulses to hit if you shift queue blink dagger instead of having 1 pulse wasted on nothing.

Actually, that's not as clear buff as it may look. You have to wait for that damage.
