The widely accepted average turn rate is 0.5, which means that hero can turn 0.5 radian (28.65 degrees) per 0.03 second. =>
We can easily see that x = (180*0.03)/28.65 = 0.18848 ~ 0.19 second |

Affected units have their turn rates reduced to 0.4 for 1.25 seconds. Units cannot be affected by Falcon Punch again within 1.25 seconds after they have been affected by Falcon Punch. |

also, a nice addition would be to reduce turn rate, just to make the enemy have a hard time facing you.

maybe i got influenced by others, but i like it.. and yes, decrease the turn rate also (still thematic, u falcon punch, enemy gotta turn a bit and become harder to turn again)

No, that shouldn't be done. Check this.
With the current suggestion, it already takes most heroes 0.16-0.24 second to turn 180 degrees and continue what they were doing before getting turned by Falcon Punch. Even though I'm not good at balancing, I can clearly see that it will be imbalanced if the turn rate is reduced, because: Quote:

T-Up. Very nice and interesting concept. But what will happen if target isn't facing to you. E.g he runs away form you you'll face him to you?

But Kindly change the name. Falcons cannot punch since they have no fists... Change it to Falcon Wing Slap haha or something that relates to a falcon

how about a chance(%) to slow the target down (includes turn rate) to a factor of 3 for (x) seconds? just like medusa's stone gaze.
To balance it, target cannot be affected by Falcon punch again within 1 or 1.25 seconds after it has been affected by Falcon Punch. |

What about of put a Wraith Band in the recipe and keep only one Ring of Protection (Because Wraith Band need more love and fit whit Rikimaru <3):
