Pain Strike

Type: Active
Target: Enemy Unit


<Hero> focuses on one target, Gaining 20% bonus AS and MS. After a few number of hits target will start to bleed, getting slowed and losing HP every second. Each further strike increases the effects, but the effects will end if you change targets

Focus fire =/= channeling. Remove the CHANNELING part, it might make some people misunderstand

OT, delayed effects. might be too strong, can you add a cap to how much slow it can give? Concept is not bad imo

Try this
